How to place an order on the website?: You can register at the very beginning or continue shopping without registration and enter your contact details when placing a ready order.

How is the delivery cost calculated?

For our clients in Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent, delivery is free.

For all other clients, the delivery time and cost are calculated individually based on the weight of the product and the final address

We deliver our products throughout the CIS (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine) using the CDEK postal service.

What are the payment methods?

1. Orders can be paid online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and JCB bank cards at the time of order on the website

2. You can also pay for your order with cash or card at one of our branded boutiques. We will pack the selected product and prepare the necessary documents by the time of your arrival.

How can I find out which boutique has the jewelry I need?

Provide the consultant with the article number of the selected item, the city, and the desired salon, as well as the size or length, if necessary.

Can I add another item or change the size in an already placed order?: It is possible to make changes to a confirmed order if the order has not yet been handed over to the courier service. Contact us at … or leave a request for a callback.

Can the product be returned?

You can return a product that does not suit you to one of our branded boutiques (in Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent) within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

What is the time frame for processing a return?: According to Kazakhstani legislation, you can process a return within 14 calendar days after receiving the purchase.

When will the money for the product be refunded?

The funds for the order will be refunded to your card within 14 business days from the moment the product reaches one of our stores.

Please note, the refund depends on the processing speed of your Bank.

Do you have special terms for regular customers?

Yes, our company has developed a Loyalty System that provides cashback or an instant discount on your purchases. If you wish to participate in the loyalty program, please submit a request to contact a consultant, and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
