Order Cancellation Terms

1. Cancellation before dispatch:
   • You can cancel the order by contacting our support service or the store manager.
   • If the order was paid, the funds will be refunded to the card or by another method within 7 working days, depending on the payment method.
2. Order cancellation after dispatch:
   • If the order has already been dispatched to the courier service, cancellation is only possible after the item is returned to the store.
   • The delivery cost is non-refundable in this case.
3. Custom orders:
   • For items made to order, cancellation is only possible before production begins.
   • If production has already started, refunds are not possible as the item was specifically made for you.
4. Cancellation of orders with prepayment:
   • If you have made a prepayment, the amount will be refunded in full if the order has not been dispatched or production has not started.

1. Contact our support service or store manager by phone or email, stating your order number.
2. Confirm the cancellation and choose a convenient method for receiving your refund.
3. Wait for the refund within the specified time frame.
