Jewelry Repair and Cleaning

We aim to provide our clients with quality service and support even after purchasing. To this end, we offer repair and maintenance services for items purchased in our boutiques.

General Terms of Repair and Service

Warranty Repair:

  • Repair is carried out free of charge if the defect occurs within the warranty period and is not related to improper use.
  • The warranty period and conditions are provided upon purchase of the product.

Paid Repair:

  • If the warranty period has expired or the defect is due to damages not covered by the warranty, repair may be carried out on a paid basis.
  • The cost of repair depends on the complexity of the work and the materials required to restore the product.

Repair Timelines:

  • The standard repair period ranges from 7 to 30 working days, depending on the complexity and the need to order parts.
  • The client is informed in advance about the repair timelines and costs.

Service Maintenance:

  • Regular maintenance (cleaning, polishing, mechanism inspection) is available for all products.
  • Services can be provided both under warranty service and on a paid basis.

How to Use the Repair or Service Option

  1. Visit one of our branded boutiques where specialists will assist you in placing a repair or service request.
  2. Provide the item along with purchase documents (receipt, warranty card).
  3. Wait for the cost and timing assessment, which will be agreed with you before the work begins.

Special Conditions for Jewelry:

  • Jewelry repair requires high precision and may take more time depending on the complexity of the work.
  • Some types of work (such as restoration of unique hand embroidery or inlays) are performed with the involvement of craftsmen and may require additional time.

Return Delivery After Repair

  • The repaired item can be collected from the store in person or ordered with courier delivery (available within Kazakhstan).
  • The delivery cost is negotiated separately.
