Return and Replacement Policy for Defective Goods

1. Product Condition Check:
   • The defect must be confirmed in the store or via an independent assessment (e.g., in the case of jewelry).
   • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accompanying documents intact.
2. Return Timeframes:
   • You can return a defective item within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
   • For complex cases (hidden defect requiring expert assessment), returns are possible within 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. Return or Exchange Process:
   • The defective product can be returned to one of our branded boutiques.
   • If the product is subject to exchange, the replacement will be made within 10 working days from the confirmation of the defect.
   • If the product is discontinued or unavailable, you may choose a similar item or proceed with a refund.
4. Refunds:
   • The money for the defective product is returned to your card or in cash within 14 working days after the defect confirmation.

5. Special Conditions for Jewelry:

   The return or exchange of defective jewelry requires an assessment from the National Center for Expertise and Certification.

   Returns or exchanges are made only after official confirmation of the defect.
