On October 2, 2024, the First Central Asian Women's Forum "Be Woman" took place in Tashkent, initiated by Kazakh entrepreneur, philanthropist, and founder of Constella, Zhanna Kan. The forum was not just a one-time event but the first step towards creating a large ecosystem that will unite women from Central Asia and develop socially significant projects in the region.
Through "Be Woman", the philosophy of Constella as a platform for growth and development was presented, focusing not only on business but also on supporting women's leadership, social initiatives, and creative industries. More than 35 speakers from 8 countries—from ministerial advisors and top managers to entrepreneurs and authors of social projects—spoke at the forum. They discussed key topics concerning women in the region: education, digital technologies, women's entrepreneurship, and social changes.
Zhanna Kan emphasized that Constella is not just a jewelry brand, but a community that creates conditions for women's personal and professional growth. "Be Woman" has already become a platform for exchanging experiences and inspiration, and in the future, it will grow into a sustainable ecosystem that will support women's initiatives and projects throughout the region.
The forum in Tashkent marked the beginning of a large-scale movement, and in the near future, "Be Woman" will continue its work in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, uniting women of Central Asia and opening up new opportunities for cooperation and development.
